Shipping
After an item is shipped, things are no longer in our control. Shipping times are affected by many outside factors, especially COVID-19. If you’d like an update on your order, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking .
Refunds
We’re happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors or items arriving with holes or tears. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition. If the item is damaged in shipping please refer to the carrier for claims process.
Cancellations
You’re free to cancel an order anytime before items have been created. If a cancelation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested and due to the custom nature of our products, we hope you understand we can not issue a refund.
